Robin Mayo, MPH, RN is the Community Partnership Director for the Piscataquis Public Health Council, a local healthy Maine Partnership overseeing the operations, finances, and grant writing for the Piscataquis Public Health Council. Robin received a M.S. in Public Health from A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri, a B.S. in Accounting from Husson College, an A.S. in Nursing and Business Management from Eastern Maine Community College. Robin is a northern Maine native with over 20 years of rural healthcare experience. Robin’s extensive community involvement has benefited the community through focused interventions that include physical activity and nutrition promotion, tobacco and substance abuse prevention, worksite wellness promotion and chronic disease prevention.

Elaine Bisbee, BSN, RN, is working as a Health Educator with the SNAP-Ed Grant for PPHC.
Elaine received her B.S. in nursing at the University of Mainein 1972. Currently, she is enrolled in the Health Coach certificate program at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, in New York City, in conjunction with Purchase College, SUNY.
Elaine brings with her 38 years of nursing and health education experience in the fields of maternal child health, childbirth education, diabetes education, and occupational health.

Lisa Kingsbury, MPH, is the Community Health Promotion Specialist for the Piscataquis Public Health Council, a local healthy Maine Partnership. Lisa’s responsibilities include planning and organizing community events/programs that increase community knowledge and prevention in substance abuse, tobacco use and underage drinking. She also writes grant applications, creates and distributes educational and promotional materials for PPHC and organizes public forums as appropriate. Lisa received a M.S. in Public Health from Walden University, and a B.S. in Business from Husson College with a minor in accounting. Lisa is a native Mainer with over 20 years of combined business and healthcare experience.
